Zamak Tap Lever

Zamak Tap Lever adopts precision die-casting technology, and its product shape is diverse and can be perfectly matched with different types of kitchen or bathroom faucets. It is an operating lever component dedicated to faucet control systems. It is made of high-density zinc alloy and is mainly used to control the switch of the valve core and water flow regulation.

1. High-density zinc alloy material

Zamak Tap Lever adopts Zamak material, and the die-casting strength reaches 280~320 MPa, which is not easy to break due to frequent operation. Compared with ordinary plastic or copper rods, zinc alloy has better stability and heat resistance in long-term use, especially suitable for hot and cold water mixing faucets.

2. Accurate specification matching

Zamak Tap Lever is designed to match the mainstream 35mm and 40mm ceramic valve cores in the market, ensuring accurate control of the rotation angle, and the maximum rotation angle can reach 90°. It is suitable for a variety of internal interface standards such as flat handle, straight handle, groove type, etc., and the installation depth range can be customized from 10~25mm to adapt to various valve body structures.

3. Multiple surface treatment options

Zamak Tap Lever supports multiple surface treatments such as electroplating chrome layer (Cr), electroplating nickel layer (Ni) and PVD vacuum plating. The coating thickness is more than 20μm, and the salt spray test has passed 72 hours, which meets the EN248 standard. The surface hardness of the PVD version reaches HV1800, which is especially suitable for high-end bathroom projects.

4. Ergonomic grip structure

Tap Lever is designed with full consideration of ergonomic principles. Its grip position adopts a concave design, which fits the finger curve better and improves the comfort of use. The torsional force is controlled between 0.4Nm and 0.6Nm, which is effortless even for long-term use, effectively reducing operating fatigue.

5. Support personalized brand customization

Zamak Tap Lever supports engraving or die-casting of customized logos on the top or outside, which is suitable for the output needs of various brands. OEM/ODM service supports the development of new styles according to customer sketches, with a minimum order quantity of only 5,000 pieces to meet the needs of small and medium-sized batch customization. At the same time, the packaging scheme is flexible, and single cardboard boxes or multiple combination packaging can be selected.

Hansgrohe, a high-end German bathroom brand, uses a customized Zamak Tap Lever in its classic Metris series, with a high-gloss chrome-plated surface. This project has extremely high requirements for the appearance, texture and durability of the product. The electroplating treatment solution provided by our company is used and has been tested for 100,000 rotations.

2. Italian Boffi Kitchen Faucet Series

The Italian luxury kitchen brand Boffi uses a hollow square Zamak Tap Lever in its all-metal integrated kitchen faucet, with a black PVD coating, emphasizing the minimalist appearance and industrial texture. The product is also equipped with a stainless steel sink to provide an integrated solution for high-end custom cabinet projects.

3. Dubai Residential Tower Project in the United Arab Emirates

Located in the center of Dubai, this project was developed by the EMAAR Group. The Zamak Tap Lever is used as a faucet control lever in the bathroom of the hotel apartment and is installed on a water-saving hot and cold mixing faucet. It adopts anti-fingerprint nickel brushed treatment, and the appearance is long-lasting and clean, adapting to the high temperature and high humidity environment of the Gulf.

4. Indian public hospital renovation project

In the renovation project of old facilities in a public hospital in Uttar Pradesh, India, a large number of round Zamak Tap Lever produced by our company are used, with antibacterial PVD silver ion coating to prevent cross infection.
